Think Fast respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using Think Fast.

When you use Think Fast, we may collect the following information:

Account Information

We collect information such as your email address and, if provided, your name. This is used to create and manage your account, keep you signed in, and connect your progress to your account.

App Progress and Activity

We collect information related to your use of the app, including your current day, completed days, challenge progress, streaks, saved words, and other app activity. This allows Think Fast to save your progress and provide the daily challenge experience.

App Analytics and Email Preferences

We record account-linked events such as app opens, challenge starts and completions, paywall visits, and purchase or restore attempts to understand where the app can improve. These event records do not include your answers, passwords or payment card details. We also keep email confirmation evidence, your optional email preference, the time and source of consent, and delivery or unsubscribe records.

Community Feedback

Feedback is initially private to you and our team. Reviewed ideas may be shown to other signed-in users without your account name or email address. Votes are linked to accounts to prevent duplicate votes. Please do not include personal information in a suggestion.

Saved Words

If you save words inside the app, those saved words may be stored with your account so you can access them later.

Support and Bug Reports

If you contact us or submit feedback, we may collect the information you provide, such as your message, email address, and details about the issue.

Diagnostics and Performance Data

We may collect basic diagnostic and performance information, such as crash data, errors, device or browser information, and app performance data. This helps us fix bugs, improve stability, and improve the app experience.

Payment Information

Payments for Think Fast may be processed by third-party payment providers. Think Fast does not store your full payment card details. Payment providers may process payment-related information according to their own privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and manage user accounts
Save app progress, streaks, completed days, and saved words
Provide the Think Fast daily challenge experience
Improve app performance and reliability
Respond to support requests and bug reports
Maintain app security and prevent misuse
Send essential account emails and, only if you opt in, Think Fast play reminders, product news and feedback invitations
Understand how the app is used so we can improve it

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Think Fast, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, payment processing, and app distribution providers. These providers may only use information as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4. Third-Party Services

Think Fast may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, analytics, diagnostics, and app distribution. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Examples of services that may be used include Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Apple, Google, Vercel, and other infrastructure or analytics providers.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide Think Fast, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your account information where required, unless we need to keep certain information for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

6. Account Deletion

You can request or initiate account deletion inside the Think Fast app. When you delete your account, your account and associated app data will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.

7. Children’s Privacy

Think Fast is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices

Marketing email signup is optional. You can change it in Email preferences or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Essential account messages, such as confirmation and password-reset emails, are separate.

You may choose not to provide certain information, but some features may not work without it. You may also delete your account from within the app.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Think Fast means you accept the updated policy.
